I forgot my password. What should I do?
 
 
1 How do I know that you received my registration?
  You will receive an e-mail when you first register confirming your username and password. Once you have registered for a session, you will receive an additional e-mail confirming your session date, time and order. If you do not receive this e-mail you are NOT registered for a session. Please call the office and we will help get you registered.
 
2 Do I have to register and put in my credit card information to see the menu and/or calendar?
  NO! You are welcome to browse our website without putting in any personal information. You will only need to put in your credit card number when you are ready to register for a session.
 
3 Can I split an order with a friend?
  You are welcome to share an order with a friend. Only one of you will need to register and you will submit only one order. Please be sure to put the first and last name of the person that you are sharing with in the Special Requests Box at the bottom of the menu entry page. This is so that we will have an accurate headcount for the session and so that we can provide a personalized freezer list for your friend.
 
4 Can I split my entrees in half?
  Yes you can. We provide the first set of bags and lables and suggest that you bring a box of gallon size freezer Ziploc bags to avoid the additional charge for a second set. Please also see the calendar for our Select Servings Sessions where you can prepare entrees that serve 2-3 people.
 
5 Can I prepare less than 12 meals?
  You are welcome to prepare 6 meals for $120 during any of our scheduled sessions. Please call the office to place your order. Our computer system will only allow orders of 12 or more so these orders will need to be submitted by our office staff.
 
6 Can I prepare more than 12 meals?
  Yes! The $220 includes 12 meals but you are welcome to prepare as many additional meals as you would like. You can do this as you place your order. You will see the additional charges on your confirmation.
 
7 Do you have nutritional information available?
  Feel free to request nutritional information at the time of your session or you can request it prior to your session if you need it to help you make your menu selections. Please call the office if you would like a copy e-mailed to you.
 
8 My family has allergies; is it still possible to come to I.Qlinary?
  You are welcome to call the office and we will discuss the allergies and give general information and advice on the menu. We are very conscious of cross contamination and do everything possible to prevent this from happening. We have many families that have allergies and use I.Qlinary on a regular basis. I. Qlinary is not responsible for any allergic reactions that might occur.
 
9 When will the menu and calendar be posted for the next month?
  We try to have the new menu and calendar posted by the 17th day of the previous month.
 
10 How do I change the date of my session?
  Please call the office so that we can make sure that we get your original session cancelled and get you into the session that you would like.
 
11 Can I change my order once it has been submitted?
  Please call or e-mail your changes as far in advance of your session as possible (preferably a minimum of 24 hours) and we will make all attempts to get your order changed.
 
12 Can I bring my child with me to help prepare my meals?
  We welcome anybody in our kitchen who is at least 16 years old for safety and health reasons. We hope that you understand.
 
13 Can I do Select Servings during a session that is not marked as Select Servings?
  Because the Select Servings sessions require a completely different set-up than our regular sessions, we are unable to combine the two types of sessions.
 
14 Do you have gift certificates?
  Yes we do! They can be purchased in any denomination by either stopping by our kitchen or calling the office -- our staff can take care of everything over the phone. We can either mail the gift certificates to you or send them directly to the recipient.
 
15 I forgot my password. What should I do?
  There is now an option for you to request your password. Go to the "Place an order" screen and click on "Forgot your password" box. It will be e-mailed to the address that we have on file.
